Therefore, regardless of your event type, may it be a company launch party or a wedding, our staged set-up provides a prominent landing-site for an extension of your branding and/or theme. Another fantastic, yet overlooked benefit of a physical mobile bar, is that it frequently serves as a neutral meeting ground for unaccompanied guests or guests who are slower to mingle with the crowd. Bartenders are proficient in introducing guests and creating a cohesive and equal atmosphere. Afterall, the ultimate goal of the host is to create an atmosphere in which all guests feel comfortable, respected, and welcomed.

By hiring a mobile bar service, you are hiring professionals who have a trained eye for spotting gaps in service. These gaps in service could include unaddressed dietary restrictions. Other gaps may present themselves in a gravely flawed estimate of how much liquor to purchase for the event. Just as our extensive cocktail menu and growing fleet would suggest, variety is the spice of life when it comes to The Hudson Sidecar Co. We happily service events ranging from the Big Day to engagement parties, bridal and baby showers and sprinkles, retirement parties, kids’ birthday bashes, graduation parties, brand launch parties, holiday parties, NYE kick-offs, Super Bowl Sundays, and any excuse to host a good time! Each of our rigs offer their own unique strengths for various event settings.

In compliance with NYS liquor laws, we may not provide the liquor. This includes any beer, wine, cider, liquor or liqueurs. What we do provide is unparalleled service from inquiry to breakdown, and an atmosphere reminiscent of your favorite, lush brick-and-mortar establishment. All alcohol must be provided by the venue or by our clients. Not to worry, you will be armed with a specialized shopping list based off of your event’s needs. For festivals and public gatherings, we may apply for NYSLA-issued permits for by-the-glass service.

Of course! While we had a ball curating our Libations List, we are happy to honor our clients’ unique interests and event needs. This includes customized cocktails, mocktails, sangrias, beer shandies, and mimosa mixers. Let’s work together and create magic!

Worry no more; we come bearing General and Liquor Liability insurance. A custom-tailored policy will be drawn up for your event’s needs.

The Hudson Sidecar Co. was born from our beloved post behind the bar, therefore your favorite CEO’s will also be acting as your guest-facing bartenders! You’re stuck with us every step of the way!

No matter what package you select, The Hudson Sidecar Co. provides everything but the liquor. What does “everything” include? It includes:

  • Bartenders
  • Mobile bar and staged décor
  • Travel, meticulous set-up and detailed breakdown of bar and ambiance
  • Signature drink curation and accompanying garnishes
  • Specialized liquor shopping list
  • Drinkware, straws, napkins, and ice

The Hudson Sidecar Co. requires a 50% deposit the day of booking; the remainder of the bill, including the remaining tax and gratuity, is due 30 days prior to your tentative event date. A cancellation 60 days prior to the event will result in a 100% refund, minus a $150 administration fee. Cancellations 30 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund. Two weeks prior to the event will receive a 25% refund. Any cancellation less than 14 days prior to the scheduled event will receive no refund. Reschedules are accommodated at no additional fee, however the refund policy is still based upon the original event date.

Unfortunately, The Hudson Sidecar Co. does not honor rain dates.

First, you must complete your initial Inquiry Questionnaire. You will receive a timely response, followed by a detailed pricing proposal. We require 50% of the bill to be paid the day of booking following signed contracts, and the remainder to be paid 30 days prior to your scheduled event.
