We blend ingredients sourced locally from the Hudson Valley, dispense two decades of experience-based proficiency, infuse a dallop of customer trust, and shake up, not stir, our guests’ imagination through a tantalizing spectacle, from set up to break down. The cost calculation is simple: pick your rig, state your guest count, and select your package.  Please note this estimated cost does not reflect tax or gratuity.

Beyond the rigs and the specialized drink packages, below is a list of services, equipment, and guarantees that come standard when you book with The Hudson Sidecar Co.:

• Custom cocktail menu curation
• Complimentary signature cocktail, mimosa, and/or sangria tasting roughly 60 days prior to scheduled event…just as highly anticipated as the cake tasting!
• Personalized liquor/liqueur shopping list*
• Event space consultation
• 1-3 bartenders, depending upon your event’s needs
• 4 hours pour-service** ($250/hr for additional time)
• 3+ hours of set-up, staging, breakdown, and clean-up
• Bar equipment, tools, and coolers
• Basic mixer package (non-alcoholic beverages that compliment full bar service)
• Seasonal Hydration Station
• Drinkware, straws, cocktail napkins, ice, and accompanying garnishes
• Both General and Liquor Liability Insurance. If needed, NYSLA-issued permits for venue-based events
• Up to 50 miles of travel from the 12601 zip code ($15 for every 10 additional miles [roundtrip])
