What is your payment and refund policy?

The Hudson Sidecar Co. requires a 50% deposit the day of booking; the remainder of the bill, including the remaining tax and gratuity, is due 30 days prior to your tentative event date. A cancellation 60 days prior to the event will result in a 100% refund, minus a $150 administration fee. Cancellations 30 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund. Two weeks prior to the event will receive a 25% refund. Any cancellation less than 14 days prior to the scheduled event will receive no refund. Reschedules are accommodated at no additional fee, however the refund policy is still based upon the original event date.
